"Avoid! I was in the process of moving from Allstate to State Farm. I paid in full for both auto and homeowner's with State Farm--about $4000. I got an email about signing my documents, but the link was not working. Then I got an email saying the link was expired, and to contact Jewelz Santiago to discuss next steps. So I did. I emailed/left messages for her, Ms. Alison Gore, and Ms. Darlene Ramirez, every other day for *9 days straight* trying to figure it out. No answer to the first 2-3 tries, then after a week someone replied by sending me the link to the Steer Clear app, which has nothing to do with anything. Meanwhile, I have absolutely no idea if my insurance is even valid, or if we are driving 3 cars uninsured because I hadn't signed. I finally emailed, you had better cancel this and I will go back to Allstate because this is unsafe. That finally got Ms. Gore to call me, where she was beyond rude and supercilious, refused to let me say one single word, kept telling me it wasn't her fault/passing the buck. I had questions, but I was not allowed to ask them as every time I started talking she did that kindergarten "nah nah nah I don't have to listen to you" think (literally, not metaphorically) then hung up on me. I canceled and thank God my Allstate coverage is still in place. I'm sure State Farm might be great, but a trio of staff who can't be bothered to tell you how to sign the policy you paid for, for 9 days? Topped off with someone who literally will not let you say a word or ask a question on a call but just berates you for expecting replies? Nope. Allstate might not be great, but my broker there absolutely is, so I'll stick with that. Use this office at your own risk--they will find you deals but if anything goes wrong at any point with your policy, expect to be ignored and then berated. Their job is to get your money, not to service your policy in any way."

We understand the confusion caused by the signature request, but please know that the agency had no control over that process. While we regret the delayed communication and understand your frustration, please know we are dedicated professionals doing our best every day. "I’m so happy I called this office. From the first phone call, the person that answered was very friendly and quickly assigned Denisse Castillo to help me. It was a great experience. Denisse was a good listener, kind and knowledgeable and in no time, she came with a very competitive quote for the homeowner's policy I needed. After talking about it, she was able to adjust something to reduce the premium a little bit without compromising the coverage I was looking for. In a couple of hours everything was done and I got my insurance. It was a pleasure working with Denisse, she made it fast and easy. The Insurance office is really customer centered, I had a great experience and will be using them again. If you have insurance issues, I highly recommend you call them ASAP."

"I recently signed up for life insurance, and I don’t typically leave reviews, but my experience with State Farm left me completely fulfilled and literally stress free. The representative Jessie Bahamundi was wonderful, knowledgeable and above all patient. He took his time to explain the policy options, answer all my questions and prepare for future possibilities. There absolutely was no pressure and Jessie made sure that my family will be taken care of. I appreciate all the hard work and transparency. My options were clear and I had plenty.
